Beyond Conspiracy – Kennedy assassination

A few clips from the documentary "The Kennedy Assassination - Beyond Conspiracy" ABC aired this program in 2003, the 40th anniversary of the shooting. It was hosted by Peter Jennings. In my opinion, it supports the most logical (as supported by evidence) view - that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in assassinating President John Kennedy on November 22, 1963.

When other exculpatory evidence is added (such as the virtual impossibility of Oswald smuggling the rifle into the building, the impossibility of Oswald coming from the 6th floor and being seen by Baker through that window, and the last time Oswald is seen before and after the shooting places him on the lower floors), one can only conclude that the notion of Oswald’s guilt is seriously mistaken.
im not saying ABCNEWs was in on the coverup-just that they are stupid! In 1992, 20/20 did a report on Dr Lawrence Peters who said that Kennedy’s head wounds could only have come from the front right…and he also said that the trachea tube required only a tiny hole in Kennedy’s neck..not the huge one that was gouged to make it look like he was hit from the back, which he wasn;t,
It has looked to me that Kennedy’s head was NOT thrust forward, but he fell towards his wife, to the LEFT. He could not have done this if a bullet came from the back. He woiuld hae been thrust forward, but he fell into the lap of wife. How do you explain this? How do you explain that our policy in Vietnam was dramaticially changed after they buried Kennedy? You can call me a conspiracy nut, but these are facts. Kennedy was going to withdraw from Vietnam and they killed him to prevent that.
@smartalek65 Unless you can construct parallel timelines of Oswald & Baker, to the SECOND, I don’t see how you can draw the conclusion you have.
And yet, while you argue away, sitting on the 6th floor is Oswald’s rifle … with his prints of the boxes in the sniper’s nest … with his prints on the bag that was used to conceal the weapon, consistent with Wesley Frazier’s (and his sister’s) story and about which Oswald LIED.
Go ahead, counselor, make your argument. I’ll let others decide.
@davidemerling You don’t know that. You don’t know that the broadcasting companies aren’t working with the government.
Great video man, if you want to see a movie that will blow your mind type into youtube old world secrets the omega project codes
@davidemerling OK, Mr. Prosecution, since I have the floor. I’ll start with that bag you allege LHO used to smuggle his rifle into the TSBD. According to FBI testimony, it was constructed with material from the TSBD mail wrapping station, and the tape used was dispensed from its wet tape dispenser. This means that it was constructed at that station. cont’d
Cont’d Troy West, who manned that station, spent practically his entire workday at that station-even eating his lunch there. He consistently said Oswald never helped him at that work, nor does he remember him being nearby much at all, let alone long enough to make such a bag. A reasonable conclusion would be that Oswald didn’t make that bag. cont’d
cont’d. FBI expert James Cadigan testified that he couldn’t find any marking, abrasion or stain that he could associate with that bag ever containing Oswald’s rifle. Odd since it’s alleged that the rifle was stored in it overnight and handled the Oswald handled his package the morning of the shooting. cont’d
@3dartistguy The exit force of the bullet is much more powerful than the entry wound. Simple physics. So, shot from the back, head falls back.
it shows the first bullet going through the back but what about the bullet that blew his fn skull off cant people fkn see
cont’d. The FBI also reported finding fibers in the bag “consistent” with the blanket the rifle was wrapped in while in the Paine’s garage. 2 benign possibilities account for this: the fibers come from contact with the evidenciary blanket during shipping and handling, and contact with a similar blanket after manufacture. Given the few fibers, these are more viable possibilities than the official myth. con’d
cont’d. All this raises a possibility the prosecution won’t entertain, but is a MUCH more reasonable conclusion than the prosecution hypothesis. The bag in evidence was made at the TSBD for some forgotten (unrelated to the assasination) purpose, was discarded, and was handled at some time by Oswald. Note: I’m not saying it’s planted, I’m saying it had nothing to do with the assassination. cont’d
cont’d. This brings us to the alleged transportation of the evidenciary rifle. The first problem is getting that bag from TSBD to the Paines’ home. Oswald rode to Irving with his co-worker, Wesley Frazier, who didn’t recall Oswald carrying any bag that evening. Such a bag would have been awkward to conceal, and he had no reason to conceal it. The problems continue to mount for the prosecution hypothesis. cont’d
abcnews is just stupid, so is the incredably stupid Peter Jennings…and so is Gerald ford. in 1992, 20/20 profiled the first doctor who saw Kennedy’s wounds and he said that based on the original head wound the bullet came from the front right…of course, by the time of the offical government autopsy, after the body was illegally moved to washington, they were able to alter the wounds to make it seem otherwise…thats your socialist government at work.
cont’d. Then comes the next morning, when the prosecution claims Oswald carried his rifle in that bag that we just showed he didn’t bring. Wesley Frazier and Linnie Randle saw this package Oswald carried. From their descriptions the package measured 27″ long-it needed to be at least 35″ to qualify as the rifle. cont’d
cont’d. The prosecution will say that the bag measures 38″, long enough to carry the rifle. This ignores the great likelihood (indeed, virtual certainty) that the bag in evidence wasn’t the same one that Oswald carried that package in that morning. Frazier and Randle consistently describe a package far too short to carry the disassembled rifle, and there’s no reason whatsoever to disbelieve them. cont’d
cont’d. Obviously, despite the prosecution’s protests and assertions to the contrary, it wasn’t his rifle Oswald was carrying that morning. What was it he carried? Since nobody saw the contents, it would be pure speculation to assert anything including the prosecution’s improbable speculation that it was his rifle. The prosecution says he lied about its contents, however Frazier worked with such hardware and saw nothing wrong with Oswald’s statement. cont’d
LBJ hired me, a circus clown and master of disguises. I impersonated a Dallas motorcycle cop and did the head shot through a hole in the wooden fence next to the grassy knoll, then dissappeared, living in Argentina with Dr. Mengela and a cloned Hitler boy who lost his virginity to my teenage Mexican wife. I have only recently returned to the USA to plan 911 for Bush. Atta was a real card with us loving Thai strippers in a South Beach club.
Than why in the film his head and his whole body falls back towards the LEFT? Only a force coming from the front right could do this. He was thrusted forward from when the bullet hit him in the back…but i DOUBT this same bullet came out of him and hit Connelly and then zigzaged out of him as well and hit his wrist and then finally stopped in his thigh virtually intact…thats SOME MAGIC BULLET!
cont’d. Now we’re up to the morning of the assassination. As I’ve amply made the case, Oswald’s package wasn’t his rifle. There’s no record of any visit to the Paine’s when he removed anything at all (let alone his rifle) from the date the President’s Dallas visit became public. This leaves an obvious (and very difficult) question as to how Oswald could have smuggled his rifle into the TSBD. Doesn’t look good for the prosecution here.
cont’d. The prosecution makes much of the evidence found that implicates Oswald. However, the fingerprints found on items such as book cartons, boxes, and most equipment can be reasonably explained by the simple fact that he works on that floor. From our previous investigation, it’s been amply demonstrated that it wasn’t Oswald who smuggled the rifle into the TSBD. cont’d
@smartalek65 How about all the other TSBD employees whose fingerprints were NOT on the boxes? Also, some of the prints were in location inconsistent with carrying or moving the box. They were consistent with somebody simply PLACING their hand on the box. The fact that his prints are on the boxes causes Oswald NOT to be excluded.
Just who do you think WAS the 6th floor shooter, then? Another TSBD employee? Some stranger who thought he could escape the building unnoticed?
Smartalek omits the most important part of the foyer door evidence. It was an automatic door. So by its necessary operation it had to have been in motion and closing behind Oswald as he was walking in. Baker did not see the door closing behind Oswald. He said he saw Oswald’s head framed in the foyer door window just inside it. If Oswald was just walking in the door it would HAVE to be in motion and closing at the time.
@davidemerling I have an idea as smartalek65 continues to argue about the somebody else’s prints on the cartons but in the case of the rifle, there were no other employee’s prints found on that except for the cops whom mistakenly handled it.
