How can I stop feeling anxious and depressed about conspiracy theories?
I've been reading alot about conspiracy theories and now it's like I can't get through a day without getting depressed and afraid because I think that something is going to happen to me and my family.
I try my hardest to keep my mind on others things like movies and tv and just walking around....but those things always come to mind and I just get depressed and cry.
Are there any good sites that help people getting over all of this conspiracy paranoia? I really need help I feel like my life won't be the same.
Before I was imaginative and creative and I wrote stories and painted and I was always laughing....now....I think something's going to happen. Something bad like an evil government. Like it's all for nothing.

My mother says that I'm over reacting and all of that but she didn't read what I read.
If I ever thing about the slightest things of a conspiracy...my day and the whole week ahead of me is ruined.
Please help me!!!!
Stop reading about them and your mind will be off them. When the news gets too depressing I neither watch the news or read the newspapers. There are good shows that you can watch on TV. The point is that if you think about it and it is going to happen there is nothing you can do to stop it.
