Why George Joannides CIA hiding information?

Read an article in The New York George Joannides, someone from the CIA at one point says "no no", he admitted later worked in Florida as part of an anti-Castro group that had ties to Lee Harvey Oswald. In addition, later admitted that he was transferred to New Orleans at the same time Lee Harvey Oswald moved to that city. What's scary, the CIA had recorded and public records, monthly accounting reports that several CIA agents made by the anti-Castro group, except when George Joannides organization ran the + / - 6 months after the murder John F. Kennedy, which are not released because "endangering national security" !!!??? Any ideas or theories why the U.S. government United would not make these public documents? Not only a very confused and worried conspiracy theorists!
