Is Global warming caused by Carbon?

The same carbon, that volcanos have been sweing out for billions of years. The back bone of life carbon? Thier must be another carbon? Why are the Ice caps melting on mars and Saturn? Could it be, the sun's just getting hot? I dont know why our gov would tell us this. OH YEAH havent they been talking about a carbon tax? A tax that will "bring down carbon emissions"? For all the supports of Global warming I know i look like i dont care about the earth, but i love the earth,(the very resion i am posting this) the gov. or better yet the illuminati has picked out envromentalist because they are easy to pick on. Sorry for my bad grammar.

not carbon exactly. carbon dioxide. it's a type of molecule that traps heat, so it's a greenhouse gas. it allows life on earth, because without the greenhouse effect, the planet's temperature would fluctuate drastically.
however, humans have been releasing extreme amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere since the industrial revolution, and the result is that the climate is changing.
global warming/climate change is happening, it is accepted by scientists globally. now they are simply debating if it is caused by humans or not.
