i THINK HAARP WAS CREATED FOR GOOD, BUT THE FUNNY THING IS THAT PEOPLE SAY YOU ARE A CONSPIRACY NUT IF YOU THINK THAT THEY CAN CLOUD SEED AND CHANGE THE WEATHER, BUT IN CHINA AND NOW HAARP ALONG WITH DARPA.MIL ADMIT THAT THEY CAN CHANGE THE WEATHER.......
