Nostradamus prophecies.Are they real?

I mean,are those codes exactly written by a person who lived in 15th century and since then all his prophecies are coming out real?All those things written by him about 3 antichrist and the 3 world wars WTC attack.I dunno much about it but recently I saw in a news channel that an asteroid named 2007WD5 was on its way to hit mars on 30 jan 08 but now has changed its route and will hit our earth.
This thing is also depicted in his(nostradamus) quatrains that something from northern sky will strike the earth around this time.

My replies to your question is based on my reading about his life and predictions/prophecies. As per the records,he was born on December 14, 1503 in a Jewish family. He died on July 1,1566, as predicted by himself. During his life span, he made more than 3000 prophecies, events upto year 3797 A.D..He seemed to have a remarkable control over the science of forcasting as he could feel and sense the coming events before hundreds of years, they are supposed to happen. As I could read & understand about NOSTRADAMUS, most of his prophecies could be placed in to the category of Premonitions. I can't say whether all the prophecies by him are totally real, but it is believed that none of his prophecies has proved incorrect to this day.

I may tell you some of the important prophecies he made have been proved to be real, for examples:

(1) He definitely hinted about the ascension of Ealizabeth to the Throne of England (2) The French Revolution -1792 (3) Death of Henry II of France in a duel (Husbad of Queen Catherine de Medici). (4) Rise & Fall of Young Nepolean (5) Abdication of Crown and marriage of Edward of England to Wally Simpson. Most importantly to the Indians, the assasination of Mrs. Indira Gandhi, ( in year 1984), the then Prime Minister of India.

Tese are only few of his important predictions. There are many other prophecies of Nostradamus, the correctness of which are yet to be verified. Becauseof his genius as well as correctness of many of his prophecies, it may be presumed that the rest of them may also prove to be true.

As regards, depicted in his quatrains that something from the Norther sky...................."it is written, The King of Terror will descend fromthe sky in the seventh month of year 1999, and further the terror will be clad in a blue turban and gown. For 27 years he would terrorise the world. There are 20 years more left for this current event to be tested on the touchstone of truth.
