So u know roosevelt was the president during world war 1 and 2 so like do u think he knew that pearl harbor was going to be attacked?? because he knew dat would a way to get the americans into war and as we all know war is a great thing during the economic deprssion...

Franklin d. Roosevelt was President during WW2, not WW1. Theodore Roosevelt was president from 1901-1909. He was not president during WW1, the president at that time was Woodrow Wilson.
