the one where the japanese mafia,bought a weather machine from the russians that can make a hurricane really more powerful then it should be???
it was a weather man that was telling the story and i just couldnt believe they let these people on the tv...well i guess im not really that surprised...it was a very retarded thing to hear though...i became very slow.....a....f.....t.....e......r that!

i saw that. they were also talking about how they seed the sky so it will rain....but the whole japanese yakuza having a machine to make weather worse,is a very good conspiracy theory...hey i know,it was aliens that did it!
