please debunk the 9/11 theory about the twin towers falling at the speed of gravity?

i dont believe all that conspiracy crap about 9/11. ive heard enough debunks on everything EXCEPT on how the towers fell so quickly. the theorists are saying it fell @ the speed of gravity and there was no resistance slowing it down just like if would have done if it were a controlled demolition. i havent heard ANY debunks on this. can anyone explain this?? i dont want to beleive that conspiracy crap but if no one can explain this then theres no other choice. i also havent heard a good explanation of building 7 either.

Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean you have to belive the lies of conspiracies.

I'm an engineer in NYC and we studied the collapse of the Towers and toured the site it was a pancake effect that caused the collaspse after the top 3 floors collapse the other just went with little resistant because all the I beam were only bolted with 2 bolts each.

Building 7 came down because the front was crushed but it was strong enough to stay up the when the firemen re-entered the scene they began spraying water and it sollapsed under an unstable ground it was a slow collapse.

I saw all of this through my bedroom window.

Don't believe some nut in middle America who never was in NYC and hates the government.
