What episode of the Simpsons did Homer say the quote "I got it Lee H.Oswald shot Kennedy to get the Jack Ruby

I have to do a project on the JFK assasination and our teacher is in love with the simpsons. to put some flavor in the project i want to show the end of this episode at the end. i forgot what episode or season it was but at the end homer says "now im free to do my lifes work" the screen flashes to a poster which reads "Who shot Kennedy?" And homer is looking at a document and says "I Got it Lee Harvey Oswald Shot Kennedy to get the Jack Ruby" if i can find the episode name and season it would be really helpfull and greatly appreciated.
